Is it legal to sell a DVD with short clips from CNN Paintball in it?
I am creating a DVD of a game of paintball when I received. It is a scenario game based on real events. I want to incorporate real images on the DVD. I'm selling these DVDs. The use of new images from CNN, this illegally without obtaining their permission? Or to put videos on a DVD of paintball be considered fair use?
Technically, even the use maybe a little evil. Stay away from the man, you can create a big stink quickly. A DVD is a DVD, on sale or not, but above all for sale … and the issue has no impact. This is what you can, use to gather information and communicate on the spot or ask someone to do it or you can go through the hassle of bringing all the press you need, what will be many and all will cost money …. I personally with the cheapest option.
