In the simplest terms, in the most convenient definitions. What I’ve found out is that each one of us is a Brain, Athlete, Basket Case, Princess, and Criminal. Does that answer your question? Sincerely yours- The Breakfast Club. My life is a lot like this movie, maybe because I could relate, and still do to these characters. But to that list, you can now add. Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Friend, Enemy, Optimist, and Dog Lover.

Alot of the time, I'm still realizing I'm learning new things about myself everyday. And I kind of like it.

So what am I doing now you ask? Well I still am the worst speller on the planet. You would think I was horribly uneducated! I like to claim the title, of " the smartest dumb blonde in the room" but I'm not a real blonde. But I'm very clever, so I still have that going for me, which has gotten me a lot :)her then being a great linguist.

I'm currently doing pastries, and prep for my husband in the restaurant he works at. It's pretty funny, because when we met, I was not trying to sell myself on any of my "domestic talents". He was surprised the first time I made bread (after a year and a half of dating) that it actually turned out. And to add to that, most people are shocked to find out, yes I am his wife, and yes we do get along together in the work place. I find working with him to be some of the greatest fun I've had in a long time. And with being married to a chef you have to love what they do as much as they do. Or you spend a lot of nights alone, and frustrated! We are actually happier together working, then apart. And anyone who has known me for any amount of time, cooking and entertaining is my passion.

Growing up, our house was the house you wanted to hang out at. Alot of that I tribute to my Mom, who is awesome at everything - conversation, telling stories, and laughing. So I have always wanted that for myself in every aspect of my life.

The only thing to learn, is to love, and be loved in return. If only it was so easy!

If I can do one of these everyday. Love someone, I normally wouldn't. Or love myself, when I don't want to. I feel like I've done a good thing.

All you need is Love.

When I am at a stand still, my solution is to remember to breath, live, and love. I have had many trials in my life, or things that haven't made much sence, or been "fair". But I love that, looking back at all these moments in my life, it has helped create a better me. And I wouldn't change my past or history for the world.

It's hard to remember that, when things aren't going your way. So I have truelly loved the advice from a good friend... To remember to "look up". Going outside, having a moment to reflect, and enjoy what I really have. Even if it's just a sunny day, is a good reminder..... There is always tomorrow, it can always get better, and life never stays the same.

My Daughter taught me a lot. And I'm better person because of her. And it was the moment in my life, when she died that I really had so much to live for. She brought so much into my life that I didn't have. And without her, I would not be where I am today.

So my personal legacy, is to live a life, she should have. And to not take anything for granted.

The United States has been pretty good to me..... But one of my favorite things, is to travel, and see how the other half live.

Being apart, or experiencing a new culture, is a wonderful thing. It stays with you. The memories, the food, the wine, the people. It's always amazing to me when you can travel half way across the world, and find a kindred spirit. If I could travel professionally, and have the world, and all it has to offer at my door. I would be eternally happy.

I find the best way to bring down barriers, or judgements, is to travel to the country in question. Yes you usually find the good with the bad. But I find that the human spirit goes a long way. And when you experience that fundamental truth, you understand we all strive for the same things in the human condition. We all want health, happiness, and peace for our family's and loved ones.
