Proprietary Rights

Globalcomrades.com does not claim any ownership rights in any Materials that you submit, post, or display on or through the globalcomrades.com services or on the globalcomrades.com web site. After submitting, posting or displaying Materials on or through the globalcomrades.com services or on the globalcomrades.com web site, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Materials, and you continue to have the right to use your Materials in any way you choose. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and globalcomrades.com with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service by a party will be effective only if in writing and signed by a party.
