Recently I received an e-letter from Congressman, Jim Matheson, telling us constituents that he has a plan that will lower gas prices. Did his plan include improving public transit, free bikes for everyone, or better planned cities? Nope. He wants more drilling. Boo. Double boo. When are politicians going to stop perpetuating our dependence on oil?! Please do not support Mr. Matheson's proposal to drill. Ever.

Amen. More drilling is not the answer. We need to be promoting alternative sources of energy and being more efficient with our current resources. It sounds like Matheson is taking a page from GWB's book on solutions for the current energy woes. Boo.
